CodeConda Team Retreat | Tulum, MX
CodeConda partnered with studio jac to design an elevated, multi-day team retreat in Tulum, Mexico. The goal was to create an experience that felt intentional from start to finish, one that would reconnect the team to their purpose, strengthen relationships, and inspire new ideas.
Step 1: Immersion
Through a series of initial conversations, we worked closely with the CodeConda team to understand their culture, team dynamics, and what they truly wanted to get out of the retreat.
This phase focused on uncovering not just logistical needs, but the underlying intention behind the experience, ensuring the foundation was aligned before any planning began.

Step 2: Curation
With a clear direction established, we moved into shaping the experience.
studio jac developed a fully customized retreat concept, including:
A thoughtfully designed multi-day itinerary
A visual moodboard to define the look, feel, and energy of the experience
We collaborated with the CodeConda team to refine each element, making adjustments to ensure the experience fully reflected their brand and goals. From there, Studio Jac led all planning, design, and sourcing, including:
Securing aligned venues and accommodations
Designing the ideal “flow” of activities across the 4-day itinerary
Identifying excursions that are accessible for all team members, while still offering a challenge
Sourcing and producing branded elements such as welcome bags and locally inspired details
Concepting and designing a signature reception dinner, including decor, menu, and overall atmosphere
Every detail was thoroughly considered and scrutinized by our team to ensure it would truly add to the CodeConda experience, rather than create unnecessary noise.
Step 3: Realization
Only a few months later, we were in Tulum with the CodeConda team to bring the plan to life!
studio jac was on-site to manage logistics, oversee setup, and ensure a seamless experience from beginning to end.
From arrivals to final departure, every moment was thoughtfully coordinated to feel effortless for the team, allowing them to be fully present and take in their beautiful surroundings in Tulum.
