studio jac is an experience design studio founded by Jaclyn Wilton Barlev.

Jaclyn built her career in consulting, working with companies ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 organizations. She led complex, high-impact initiatives that required deep integration into each company’s strategy, culture, and ambition. Her work demanded both precision and intuition, and required understanding not just how a business operates, but how it wants to be felt.

Along the way, she naturally gravitated toward branding and PR. Beyond leading day-to-day marketing efforts, she became known for designing team retreats and shared experiences that strengthened internal culture while expressing company values externally in a meaningful, lasting way.

At the same time, travel remained a constant in her life. After years spent exploring destinations around the world, Jaclyn built a dense portfolio and knew this was how she wanted to spend her time.
